Fantastic experience here so far! In just over a month, Laura Lee has improved my chronic occupational neck and hip pain and restored my range of motion which allows me to continue to stay active. I always feel immediate release of muscle tension and improvement of symptoms after finishing our weekly treatment sessions. She's not only excellent as a fascial stretch therapist, but also makes me feel like she cares above and beyond. She always listens with compassion and works with me to help me achieve all my personal and fitness goals. She's well versed in various prehab and rehab modalities and have even made some great recommendations to me to seek out other treatment options that have been very beneficial for me to recover from a more recent acute injury. I've been going to Stretch Health for about a month. After my first visit, I noticed improvements with pain, stiffness and range of motion. The staff are professional, friendly and very thorough. The app and website are well done and easy to navigate. The extra stretch videos and virtual classes are excellent, too. Lots of value here!

I've been experiencing pain on the left side of my body for a couple of years now and have especially tight hip flexors. I've seen a chiropractor and RMT regularly for a long time but the most relief I've had comes from FST. These treatments feel so amazing and the positive effects of fascial stretch are long lasting. Truly a must have appointment during my week! The stretching techniques are not like other massage therapists. This therapy helps my body recover from busy and stressful days at work as well as helps to ensure that I can perform my best at the gym.
