I was charged for what I already knew. My bidet was leaking. Turned up without notice on a bank holiday. Where was the emergency. Chipped the floor tiles. Came with debit machine in hand and charged $135.00. Told me to take the plumbing parts to a company and maybe they they can supply the parts. I had already removed the plumbing parts and given that info from American Standard. Briar Plumbing in Ayr recommended him but denied knowing him after my complaint. Would never use this company again/

I called Chris about a plumbing problem and was very helpful on the phone, so much so that I was able to fix the issue on my own later so I had to call him off. Definitely going to call him back the next time I'm in over my head. Very professional and helpful on the phone. I called Chris because he was recommended multiple times on our neighborhood Facebook group.
