This is by far the best automotive repair shop in the city. They always call you to explain what they have found before they make any repairs. They explain any possible solutions and their recommendations. Ultimately they let you decide what you want to do. The work is always done in a timely and efficient manner. Honest, reliable, and professional. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. A great experience!!

The staff is what keeps me and my family coming back. Curtis and Rod (Ron) are so pleasant to deal with. I am confident when I go there that I won't have a lot of expensive unnecessary work pushed on me. The recommendations are always made in the form of this needs to be done asap and this can wait if you need too. Not high pressure but you know what needs too be done. And as a woman and on a budget that is important. I have suggested Pro Plus to many people.

Honest and hard working people who offer excellent service. Had some problems with with my truck and and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem the same day. Other shops wanted me to book a week in advance. I would just like to thank the mechanic who worked all day on my vehicle and for the service writers for keeping me in the loop and for having great customer service. I give these guys two thumbs up and a 5 star rating.

Pro Plus Auto were able to (PROFESSIONALLY DIAGNOSE CORRECTLY) the lack of brake power assist issue we had on vehicle start up, to find it was with the Vacuum Brake System Valve. GM part number 13457666. Many thanks to this business for the Correct Diagnosis with their first Inspection of this vehicle and it’s Brake Related Issue . Much Appreciated Indeed.

The air conditioning in my truck stopped blowing cool air, turns out not all mechanic shops do AC. Called around and found this place, spoke with Rob and he got me in the next day which is an almost unreasonable request.He was clear about what he thought the charges would be up front, drove me to work, called me at lunch to let me know the truck was ready, offered a pickup, and the bill was less than I was expecting.They even sanitized the vehicle, and cleaned the floor matt. I'm in the service industry myself, these guys are 10/10.

I couldn’t ask for anything better. I am an older senior female and have been using this service for at least 10 years. The men on the front counter are amazing, courteous, and personable. My mechanic, John is outstanding. As a woman, none of the employees talk down to me and explain everything very clearly. How could I ask for anything more? Well they wouldn’t have to charge me ! ! ! ! ! Ha Ha Ha.Thanks to all the wonderful employees at Pro Plus and for always having a loaner for me.
