This place has well maintained pool tables and we visit every time when we are in Kitchener. Well, this time when we were there, we ordered 2 pitchers of beer and literally waited more than an hour to get it, because of our waitress. She had forgotten our order, even after we reminding her a minimum of 4 times. Later we had to inform the manager to get our drinks. After that, again we waited for 10 more mins to get the mugs. Luckily we were playing pool to keep ourselves busy, otherwise would have felt so bad for waiting too long.

Great wings. And the Monday $5 drafts are great. Our waitress Jesse was super friendly and was taking care of the whole place by herself. Will definitely go back

The wings are SO good. They were loaded in sauce and still really crispy. They have dry rubs too. I guarantee you'll be happy especially on Monday when wings are $8.90 for 10 wings (with a beverage). Trust me those wongs are FAT. You won't find more food for that price anywhere. I could only finish 9 and my father only got 7 down and we were so full. The waitress was fast and friendly even though she could tell we were just getting the cheap stuff and traveling and knew she would probably never see us again. If I'm ever in Kitchener again I know where I'm going for beer and great food.

What a great atmosphere,old school vibe that I enjoy. Waitress was on point,drinks were cold and coming steadily,food was amazing. Big portions and a reasonable price. So many pool tables to play on with great music to accompany. I will definitely be making this one of my favourite to go’s

Honestly 5 stars isn’t even enough! Came in on a Saturday night after a LONG week. The manager greeted me and set me up at the bar. She was genuine and friendly, so welcoming. I ordered my food and drinks and service was prompt! The staff matched in friendliness and were so kind, always making sure I was good (but not in an overtly kind of way). I was able to relax, chat a bit, try my first martini and eat some damn delicious food! It was definitely the rest I needed and those women were such a blessing to me! I’m so thankful for my experience here tonight and will definitely be coming back for more!

It is a nice place and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We booked a table for 15 but a couple of friends dropped out but they were happy to accommodate also I asked them to reduce the number of pool tables and in spite of holding them for 1/2 an hour for us they didn’t charge for them and were generous enough to understand the change of needs. Also their bartender is very skilled and it’s one of the rare places where I actually liked how they mixed drinks. I ordered nachos, Onion rings and for drinks ordered LIT, moscow mule, rum and coke etc each of the drinks were mixed well and were really good.Will definitely recommend it try.

Great place to shoot some pool. The tables are in good condition and most of the cues are straight. The food is pretty good. They do have a pitcher and wings/pizza deal that makes the whole experience affordable. Staff has always been friendly and prompt.

Two of us frequent Chicago's to shoot some pool and have a couple beers and a bite to eat. The place is clean, the tables are in good shape, and many of their cues are new. The beer is cold and the wings are good. Danielle has been our server the last couple times and she's outstanding. The place always seems busy yet we never have to wait for anything. She's very personable and helpful. Overall, we always have good times there. Will definitely be back.
