As a local business owner I was shocked and appalled by how I was treated by both the manager and owner of Quality Glass. I made 2 appointments with them and they were NO SHOWS (with no phone call). When I called and asked to speak to the owner about this, the owner pretended he was just a worker, so that he did not have to deal with the customer service and an unhappy customer (manager notified me of this). Then the shop manager preceded to tell me they do not have time for my job as I am not a BIG home builder and then hung up on me. I was shocked and could not believe the ignorance. I took me $7,000+ job elsewhere, their loss.
