I brought my car to Assured Automotive after a FedEx driver had dropped a larger heavy box (carrying a mattress) on my vehicle, taking the paint off (or so I thought). During the initial assessment, they had gone right away and polished my vehicle. It ended up coming back like brand new, restoring the paint that was originally there. They ended up saving me $1000+ tax + potential car rental fees + a lot of headaches as another company in Guelph had quoted me for said price. I could not be more thankful- for Assured Automotive's honesty and promptness. I would not hesitate to see them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area for any automotive repairs. I would like to thank Assured Automotive for their outstanding service once again.

Office staff lied to me and used fearmongering to get me stressed out and anxious to get the appointment that they wanted. Having my insurance tow to another shop I don't even want them to touch my car after that experience absolutely unprofessional

I was referred to Assured by a close friend who has been a happy customer in the past. Although the work done on my car does look great and I am happy with how it looks, it was a headache to deal with the process to get there. They were all nice to talk to, but I found they were not considerate of the customers time and were not good at communicating at all.

The staff at Assured were amazing to deal with. The staff took the time to explain things and went out of their way to ensure a great customer experience. The repairs to my vehicle were impeccable and my vehicle was returned spotless inside and out. Would highly recommend to anyone. Sidhu was excellent, as well as the front desk staff.

The service at Assured Guelph is next level. Very prompt and accommodating, provide excellent recommendations, and they even cleaned out my vehicle to boot! Very impressed. If you’re looking for a good, honest mechanic I highly recommend this location. A special thanks to Muhammad and Elizabeth, you both went above and beyond :)

I have to give a huge thanks to Kyle, Elizabeth and the whole Assured auto team! I brought my car in after an accident and I’m so happy with the quality of repairs. Excellent customer service, Kyle took the time to explain everything to me, Elizabeth gave updates on the status of my car, and my car was all brand new and shiny when I picked it up. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to bring my car here. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing place. Customer service was fantastic. Communication on updates of the repair was exceptional. I was never left wondering about the status of my car. They dealt directly with my insurance company. I had very little to do on my part with this whole process.Muhammad Sidhu and Jessica were very professional and customer service was #1 in their books.Oh ya…. The outcome of the repairs…. Seamless. Couldn’t even tell it was damaged before.***also wanted to add in Elizabeth was very very helpful as well!
