I was told that a shipping label would arrive via email within 24 hours. I have been waiting a month and have had to refile paperwork six times with NO label yet.I have been on the phone for hours, spoken with 6 different supervisors who stated they would resolve the issue. -5 rating is more accurate.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They do not honour the express terms in their extended warranty contract and their call centre reps are some of the most disgustingly rude people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would highly recommend against doing any business with this dishonest company.

Corporate spammers" that is my experience with this company. This insurance company will provide you with no insurance for your device.I would advise ... do not throw away your hard earned money for this insurance ... Thank fully I didn't spend much money on my device insurance. Horrible customer service.. Don't even dream of any insured money you will get...They are intelligent they even don't have a email address to claim your insurance in their website.. Thank god they don't provide any car insurance

Telus device care is supplied by Asurion - and it is the biggest farce I have ever had to deal with. You pay your monthly fee to telus of $9.00 only to be ignored and no help given. You try to get a repair done, okay payment is (in this case 49.00 prepaid, possibly more once the repair is completed) but the payment can only be made my credit card. Not everyone has a credit card and for those who don't, there is no solution. Some banking providers do not even offer a debit Visa (as in my case). So now, broken phone. And no solutions. Thanks for taking my money for the past 6 years over multiple devices, and not supplying any assistance or allowing your customers to pay in store.

Worst company ever. They sell you cellphone insurances but when it's the time to repair/pay for the repair their follow up is completely inexistant and we can't stop getting shipped from a store/phone number to another to get some service. When u get to the store they refered you to, the guy at the store answers you that he can't repair you phone 'cause the insurance company (fkn Asurion) didn't send 'em an e-mail concerning your phone repair. To sum up, a lot of calls, a lot of time, a lot of fuel waste, aaand the cherry on the cake; a still unrepaired cellphone.

What a complete disappointment and waste of money. After paying Bell $14 a month SPC fee for…years? We needed to make a claim to replace a lost phone. We are paying $300 on a phone that has a $500 residual value. But it has been nearly 2 weeks of misinformation and we still do not have the phone. Had I known it would take this crew this long to replace the phone, I’d gladly paid off the residual and gone to another carrier. Service culture is horrible. The inconsistencies between agents was maybe the most frustrating. You can apologize all you want, I guess it’s easier than actually doing something.

Been paying for my smartphone care plan for almost 2 years, I put in a claim because my phone is broken, and they charged me 300 dollars for a refurbished phone that I can buy new for 500. This insurance company is a joke and don't bother paying for their joke that they call Insurance

Amazing service, extremely courteous and very thorough, this was my experience using Asurion for my Bell mobility. After my phone was stolen and I made the call they guided my through the procedure of having a replacement sent. A special thank you to Jona who once I finished speaking with I hung up to soon to complete the survey, she was amazing. Thank you for the fine service.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in the entirety of my life! Absolute joke of a company. Sad to see how inconsiderate a company can be during a pandemic. They took an ADDITIONAL $500 last month for my phone replacement, on top of the $300 deductible. Also, the new phone was not new, you can tell it is refurbished. Came in a knock off box with nothing but the phone. They took all my money all because I sent my old one phone it in too late. They didn’t even send me a return postage! Had to hassle with them for 2 days and multiple calls to the point they started to ignore my number and I had to call from my girlfriends phone. They wanted to hold my money for 4 months! Took way more effort than needed just to get through to a manager too. DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE.
