I couldn't find ginger plants anywhere else in Canada. Quick, helpful communication and advice. Prices for plants and shipping very reasonable. Packing very secure and plants arrived in 1 day, Montreal to Toronto. The picture shows how good they look. I would recommend and buy again.

I live in Seattle and I ordered a Clivia plant for my friend who lives in Montreal. It was his 65th birthday and we have been close friends since our college days. He called me to tell me how lovely his gift was. He texted me a picture and I was surprised. It was full, lush and in full bloom. It was the first time that I ordered plants remotely and felt completely satisfied. I felt it was great value for what I had paid for it, and most importantly it made my friend very happy.

They don't answer emails and brush off phone calls eventhough they advertise online sales. Don't waste your time with this business.Edit: Emailed Jan and March, phoned in Feb and was told by email would be read.

I have been emailing this company to order a couple of Ivy Gourd (Tindola/Tindora)plant. But NO response!!! Is it just me or does anyone else have the same issue? In my opinion, poor customer service.Looks like they are open........ And, rather replying to my email enquiry, the owner replied to this Google Review! I emailed them on Mar 3 2020 and again on Jan 6 2021...The plant is shown on their site as one of the exotic plant for sale. I truly hope if they can tell me they actually have it or not.

I bought a Meyer Lemon tree from Flora Exotica 2 weeks ago. It is doing really well and blooming like crazy. The tree was in great shape, I highly recommend them.
