The food was good however, the delivery driver showed up with the music BLASTING and was smoking in the car with the food. He then got out of the car, left the door open so the whole neighborhood could hear the music with a CIGARETTE in his mouth. He gave me my food and took my payment at my door all while smoking a cigarette. Totally disgusted and for that, I will not be ordering again.

Terrible Terrible experience. I ordered at 5:30 online for delivery and TWO hours later no food during the hour mark we called, talked on their chat helpline and kept getting told its out for delivery and nothing, I live in island lakes so its not far at all. We called once more and they told us it isn't out for delivery and its just sitting there. I spent $88.56 just to essentially get robbed from this place, the manager is to scared to talk to customers. They refused a refund and told me I could only get a credit. I want my money back and im never ordering from here. Do yourself a solid and go somewhere else.

Ordered from island lakes chicken chef winnipeg and everything was old and dried out. The buns were hard the fries looked like they were re cooked and burnt tasting. The chicken was cold and dry like it had been sitting on the warming rack for too long.We called to let them know it was very poor quality and the employee told us it couldent be dried out and can't be cold. They took no responsibility and offered nothing but excuses. Avoid wasting your money at this location and stick with Marrion if your looking in the area. Will not order from them again.

Kinda disappointed today, ordered at 5 pm understanding that there was more than likely a delay today, maybe an hour because it’s Father’s Day. But was told our moderate order a 9 piece bucket & medium pizza would be ready at 6:30. Ok. Sent my kids to go get it and was told it would be another 20 minutes. No, it was more than another hour and some. 2 hours and 37 minutes. In compensation we got a free 2 litre instead of a discount on our $67 bill. Considering you give those away with most promos, not impressed. Probably won’t order there again.

Our first time there yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great chicken (wish there was a bit more meat on the chicken pieces), pizza was great, fries were excellent. Good selection of drinks. Watched the jets game which was nice. Food came out fast after we ordered. The prices were very fair! We will be back.

I heard good things about the gluten free pizza from other celiac people so thought we would give it a shot.I called to place an order and the person who answered the phone said I don't think any of the toppings are gluten free

Ordered to go a few times. Decent waiting time. Wish that the waiting room to be a bit bigger as if few people are coming at the same time,that some of them could wait in a car. Asked to sort the pieces as I didn't want any breast pieces, so they did it one time, but the other time, they didn't want to do it fo me
