Had our dryer fixed today by Hameed . Amazing service highly recommend . He came , had the part in his vehicle and fixed it right away , so efficient .

My oven was not heating. They sent someone to come and take a look and replaced a baking element without quoting me or asking if I wanted it done before hand. At this time, I still found it did not heat properly and mentioned it to the technician who stated “well it will work as good as it did before “ I had a meeting and had to leave in hopes the oven would heat up like he had stated later on. I paid $250 for this. 3 days later we go to make dinner and and the oven still didnt heat. They returned and advised the control panel was also broken. Told me to buy the part ($350)and they would install for a fee. I commented that I did not think paying for another fee for this was unfair and they agreed to not charge the labour fee. Did not go forward with the part.Had I known there were two issues at the first service call I would not have paid to have the baking element replaced and bought a new oven instead. This was what I expected from the service call. Disappointed in my experience.

We've used Hameed Repair twice. First, our 7-year-old Whirlpool dishwasher was running inconsistently. Their repair person confirmed that the pump needed replacing. Repair cost was about half the cost of a new one, so we decided to just buy new instead. So they didn't ultimately fix it--but they identified the problem quickly and could have fixed it if we had wanted.Second, fast forward a month, the brand new dishwasher was cleaning terribly. Hameed came out and almost immediately figured out the problem was a loose part which was blocking water flow. All fixed, no parts needed, very happy.In the scheme of things these were relatively small tasks but nonetheless -- jobs were easy to schedule, communication was quick, and our problems were resolved. Would use again if we have appliance problems.

Great experience with Ron from Hameed's team. On time, professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it immediately. Made the effort to explain the issue and to show me where the part had failed and also took great care to leave no mess or damage to floor etc. I highly recommend their service.

I am in Vermont USA and our Whirlpool dishwasher broke. Because of labor and supply-chain issues, it's been super hard to get anything repaired here. During the pandemic and lockdown, I had followed some of Hameed's videos on YouTube to fix other appliances in our home, so when the dishwasher broke and we couldn't schedule anyone to fix it, I contacted Hameed.Hameed worked with me remotely and helped diagnose the problem. I totally recommend Hameed Appliance Repair. He's a pro and knows a lot about the workings of home appliances.

Buckle up for a long review...We did not have a good experience with this company or the owner Hameed Wafa.Our dishwasher wasn't washing dishes as well as it used to and would cause a smell to come from the sink drain while in use.My wife contacted them over Facebook messenger and they were quick to respond and booked us in. A technician showed up and took our machine apart telling my wife that we would need a new pump and that it would cost far too much so we were better off to just buy a new dishwasher.Shortly after the technician left the dishwasher started displaying an error code and was completely inoperable.I took the dishwasher apart, cleaned out the sprayers (which was causing the bad cleaning) and replaced a small drain valve for $10 which fixed the odour issue we were having and cleared the code. Dishwasher worked like new again.My wife then contacted Hameed over email informing him that I had fixed the issue and that she was quite disappointed with the service provided by the technician to which Hameed stated he would personally come by to check my work and issue a refund.We were very appreciative of how this was handled and were looking forward to this visit.An appointment was set for Monday between 3-5p.m which came and went without a phone call, email or text.I personally emailed Hameed stating how disappointed I was in the lack of professionalism by not only no-showing but not even making an attempt to contact us.Hameed emailed me back, lying, stating that he had received a phone call from my wife who was yelling at them and told them to cancel the appointment, which was completely untrue as I was with her all day and we were looking forward to meeting with him. Ultimately he offered me a cheque or etransfer for a refund which I told him I would accept the etransfer.My wife made a quick google review of his company that night outlining the areas of fault.The next full business day went by with no communication and I reached out this morning asking about the status of our refund to which Hameed sent the following:Good morning Randy.You guys wasted 2 Service calls plus added a bad review on our google page . Sorry now Etransfer anymore .Have a wonderful day ."Quickly followed by:"NO MORE Etransfer."To say we are disappointed with this interaction and company in general is an understatement. We were looking forward to utilizing and supporting a small local business and got burned in the process.In my limited interaction with the owner I was personally lied to twice which is completely unacceptable. It's also immediately apparent that the owner doesn't have the capacity to handle any criticism which is a big issue.I can see that others have had positive experiences with him

Awesome awesome owner. As a small business owner myself, I always appreciate good customer service whenever I come across it. Hameed was at my place in 15 minutes after initially reaching out to him for washer repair service. He was super polite, quick, knew the issue right away, and didn't upcharge or try to over bill me. Very very good service and will definitely use again!

We had a refrigerator failure; Hameed answered our call, came the next day, fixed our problem IMMEDIATELY. Immaculate service. Fast. Friendly. Charming and personable. Perfect experience that put our minds at ease. They're at the top of our call list for any appliance repair issue we may have in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.
