FabShop by Cambria - Toronto

Im a GC and my client chose a stone from Cambria. They paid 24k for the kitchen job. When installers were at the house to install the island they notice that the grains do not meet. The island is 12 ft long. First of all how does a company that claim they are so amazing screw up such a thing. In my 20yrs as a GC and doig hundreds of counters I have never experienced such a thing. On top of all this they are not giving us a time frame of when they are going to rectify their problem. They leave you hanging and ignore numerous requests for info. Horrible company to deal with. This will be the last time I deal with Cambria. This is what happens when you deal with a coorperation. Any other stone company I deal with would of had this rectified already and give us the time of day. Overpriced and nightmare of a service. Lots of other companies out there that will appreciate your business.

Deeply disappointed with Cambria. We turned down using our oldest connection with granite and opted to ho with Cambria spending 3x’s more and getting garbage quality. Chipped edges and unfinished bottom surfaces that are very rough almost can cut your hands. I would never go with Cambria again and never recommend them.
