Brought our CX9 in for a warranty issue due to the cooled seats not working, and an oscillating noise the car is making at highway speeds in addition to the regular service on the car.Mechanic reported back that this was due to a previous improper brake service provided elsewhere, and that it would be $63 to repair. Seemed fair enough.They also told me my seats were working just fine, and that mazda seats cool differently than other seats.I suggested they check the fuse panel due to a previous issue where my hatch would not close and lock. In order to fix this we had to replace a fuse. Btw, this 6 passenger CX9 was not engineered to handle the electrical load of both a door and a hatch being opened simultaneously.The tech fixed the issue, and the service manager, Claire, informed me that my electrical warranty was now void, because I changed the fuse to fix the hatch issue. They were now charging me an additional $150 as well, because the warranty was null and void.Some background here - the hatch issue happened in Myrtle Beach, layer at night, in the pouring rain. I called mazda, and they told me I needed to have it towed to a Myrtle Beach Dealer, who wouldn't be able to look at the car for THREE WEEKS. My friend and I were able to determine that the fuse was the issue, and we used a replacement fuse (provided in the fusebox) to rectify the issue. WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR OTHERWISE.So now I have Claire behind the counter telling me that I don't have a warranty, and that I should have taken my car to a dealership. When I state my case, and suggest it was unreasonable to be stuck in Myrtle Beach for 3 weeks, she continued to recite the same thing over and over again.The conversation got heated, admittedly more on my side, but she was refusing to let me take my car without paying unauthorized charges. The sales manager, Gio, intervened, listened to my story again, and seemed to be somewhat understanding. After claiming he couldn't do anything for 5 minutes, he had them remove the charge from my bill so that I could settle up and get out of here, but not without telling me I was no longer welcome at the dealership.We have 2 Mazda's in the driveway purchased over the last 4 years. To be treated like this at the service desk is unacceptable.While I accept my card to play here in getting angry, I was given no reasonable recourse, offered no sympathy, or common sense resolutions. Just had the situation rubbed in my face, and being blamed for the problem with my car, and not being given the option to pay what I agreed to pay and leave.We will happily go to Jiffy Lube for service going forward, seeing as we are not welcome, not have any desire to return here with our two Mazda's.

Worst service department I have ever encountered at a Dealership.Brought my car in for an electrical issue, and was told that because I changed a fuse (based on their guidance over the phone) when I was in a foreign country, that I no longer had an electrical warranty on the car!What's worse, is that they fixed the problem, and then removed a fuse which controlled my door locks, disabling power locks in my car.Beware of these guys. Their service team is a bunch of hacks.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Mazda to Mazda St. Catharines for a repair, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The entire team at Mazda St. Catharines was exceptional - they were easy to communicate with, helpful and full of care.I especially want to thank Ryann for going above and beyond in helping me resolve an annoying noise that was coming from under the driver's seat. Despite my best efforts to find the source of the noise, I couldn't locate it myself. However, Ryann managed to find and fix the problem quickly, and I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for his help.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs for their Mazda. Never has it been so much work to give a company $6,000. Fortunately Mr. Gavin was a nice man, but not very good at his job. Numerous mistakes one after another, making buying out our lease way more work than it had to be. Not going to go into detail but let's just hope it was his first transaction in the finance department. If not, please provide retraining for him.

We would like to thank Claire at St. Catherine’s Mazda for her outstanding customer service!!We had just purchased a new Mazda from our local dealership and we were on our way to visit relatives in Niagara Falls when our tire blew out due to a road hazard. I quickly made a call to St. Catherine’s Mazda where Claire (Appoin Co-ordinator) found us an exact replacement tire that was specific to our brand new vehicle. Claire also managed to fit us in at the last moment on a long holiday weekend to make sure that we were safe to drive home on our return trip!! Claire was so kind and helpful. She even went out of her way to answer questions regarding our new vehicle. Please let her know how kind hearted she was with us. After meeting the Service Manager Jeff and Service Advisor Becky we were comforted by their experience and knowledge.Thanks once again to the team at St. Catherine’s Mazda for making our very first service experience with Mazda a pleasure!.
