Reserved two heaters online four days prior to needing them, received a confirmation email for the required rental. When I went to pickup the heaters they didn't have them, as they had rented them out, there excuse was that I reserved the heaters online and they don't consider online reservations a true confirmation.

Knowledgeable staff. Helped me figure out what we needed in the way of scaffolding for a 3 story exterior wall. Delivery and pick up. Way better prices than Home Depot.
