Ottawa Farmers' Market: Barrhaven

A nice spread of vendors in a convenient location.

Farmers market suppose to be a local vendors , growers , artist ... witch we all love to see reasonably priced items , I’ll say it as a local person love to support local vendors or business but to pay $6 for a single cookie or over $8 for a loaf of bread and $6 for a few cherry tomatoes from “sun tech “ greenhouses kind ridiculous also the gift shop sky rocketing prices you need at least $50 to spend just for nothing literally I even didn’t dare to ask how much the cost for one of the “ British pie “ probably need a loan for that one so I had back to my car and went to my favourite farmer’s market in metcalfe .

Friendly little market. But too few seller are here in Barrhaven. Some expansion would be so nice.

A wonderful collection of vendors I hope will only grow. The produce was fresh and good quality. I loved that there were also hot foods and ready made foods as part of the selection. Most vendors had debit and credit capabilities which was very useful.

Nice selections from local small businesses. Everyone seem friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Worth checking out

Small but friendly and the quality is very good and, of course, parking is excellent.

Pretty small market but it's got a bit of everything. Also not as crowded as some of the other markets
