My experience here is worth my comments. They took care of my car when they knew my business was with them. As soon as they were informed I wanted my vehicle to go somewhere else then they showed there true colors. They held my car and would not release it. They charged me for unnecessary work and work that they did not receive permission to do. They refused to cooperate with my insurance company and held my car until legal action was threatened. My car was held for 3 weeks unlawfully. No thank you. Would not recommend them.

Arash was amazing in our repair process from start to finish. We got multiple quotes and his was the lost reasonable for the work being done. The finished product was great and we couldn’t be happier. Would recommend simplicity care car to anyone needed work done on their car.

Every time I smash my car I appreciate Arash's smiling face, and how he explains how my stressful repair situation is easy. And easy it is! The team makes my car shiny and new very quickly! I could have walked/biked more... And my car was vacumed, too.

I got into a car accident last month and Arash at Simplicity was amazing. He guided me through each step of the process and went above and beyond. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone without the slightest hesitation. My experience was simply amazing.

Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Most of the appointments I scheduled were consistently tardy. Employees are extremely unfriendly and inconsiderate. The employee who performed the last oil change on my car ended up over-torquing the drain plug forcing me to replace my oil pan. After I scheduled an oil pan replacement appointment, I was promised it would be finished the following day - it was not. I made it clear I was moving out of the city the following day and would require my vehicle ASAP. They failed to contact me as I had to call the shop myself to find out what was taking so long. Completely unacceptable. I only hope they take ownership of their mishaps as they have costed me much of my time and money.

I brought my car in to Simplicity to get work done through insurance. They had it for about a month due to supply issues (out of their control) and kept me updated regularly on the progress while it was in their hands. The finished work was impeccable and they also repaired an adjacent panel for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
