Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Went to pick up my car at 1 pm on aug 2 2020 and they had me call a number to reach the counter person which was fine. After calling I had to wait almost 30 mins for my car. When the representative came in from driving my car to the parking he proceeded to hand me the keys. He was not wearing a mask, had no gloves on, and did NOT sanitize his hands. They say they have a low contact rental for covid but obviously that includes contacting a mask or sanitizer. The next time I see this done I will take my buisness to Avis who DID have masks and gloves on. This was very very poor response to covid especially in an airport.

Encountered a damage accusation after vehicle return. After dealing with representatives in Toronto and then locally, the bill was retracted. Very happy with the ultimate outcome of this unfortunate experience.

Great service and clean, well maintained vehicles. I have rented here a few times and not had any issues. Staff is responsive and willing to answer your questions. If you are coming here, I'd recommend them. Even though they have a large fleet, make sure you pre-book since they are busy and might not have anything last minute.

A little mix up with booking and mileage issues that we did not know about but Matt figured it out promptly and made sure we were charged exactly what our quote said with no hiccup at all. Very nice gentleman serving us and would definitely rent enterprise, fort mac airport again!!

Full filled the gas before returning the car but still got unreasonable ADD-ON charge for re-fueling. Looks like a thief! This never happend at other locations of Enterprise during my rental car .

Vehicles didn't have winter tires. Washer fluid was for summer, so it froze across my entire windshield and the snow brush/scraper had a broken scraper. Terrible combination for -25°C during a winter storm.
