My 75” tv made a pop and died after less than 3 years. I called my warranty company and they sent a tech from electro experts. The appt was confirmed within 48 hours. He came at the exact time he gave me in the morning and ordered the parts needed (and extra just in case it was another issue) within 15mins of troubleshooting. The parts arrived within 1 day, and I was able to book my fup service call online at my convenience. The same tech came back at the time confirmed and fixed the tv within 30mins. Professional, polite and shared any information I asked about concerning the tv. I would trust them to come back even if my stuff wasn’t under warranty.

Had a tech come by as I was having issues with my TV.. from start to end, it was awesome.. Got everything up and running quick.. highly recommended .. will call for other appliance issues going forward..

They were punctual and responsive. The two technicians who came were clean, polite, and did the job in a minimal amount of time. I will definitely turn to them next time I need appliance repairs.This repair was under my extended warranty.

It was a pleasure to work with the tech. He came he checked he repaired. It was a tiny issue with very little intervention. Tech was polite and professional. And I highly recommend working with this company for any of your appliances needs.

Martin is extremely professional and very honest. This is the second time that he has to repair one of my appliances, the first time it was my fridge and it was a little complicated but he always made sure it was functional while he order the broken pieces. Thank you for a job well done!

technician came, saw there was an issue and committed to order a part and get back to me. got no response for a week, called in and was told there was no issue with the dishwasher and the file was closed. Company refused to re-open the file and I have to now go back to the manufacturer for a service call. Conveniently, my warranty has likely expired in the interim, making this process difficult and lengthy. Terrible service.Edit: LG made it right. Their technician came back and fixed it. Still not the best policy.
