Saje Natural Wellness

I visited the Saje store in St. Vital and was very disappointed with my experience. The smells and product selection was fabulous but the customer service I received was very VERY disappointing. To start with, let’s all realize we are in a pandemic and wearing a mask is a must which does make hearing and understanding people a bit more challenging. Suggestion - turn the volume of the music down in the store so you can actually hear someone explain what they are looking for instead of saying multiple times “I’m sorry you are going to have to speak up because I can’t hear you”. When I did decide on two purchases I was verbally attacked at the cash register because my choice of payment was cash because oooops credit and debit machines are TOTALLY sanitary. Last but not least, when creating an account at the checkout turns out my condescending sales person didn’t hear ME correctly and spelled my last name wrong so I had to go back in after my purchase to get them to correct this. Going forward I will stick to on-line ordering. Really expected better customer service for the price I was paying. Corporate people really need to brush up in this department. Won’t be back in-store.

A Staff member was walking through mall on his phone with his head down not paying any attention to anything but his phone. He cut me off several times and was almost walking into me I let him know politely and he was very rude and says Do you have a problem with it" to me. Knowing someone like that works there i would not recommend going there."

Always so nice when I come in. Arlo and Mika both helped me out, had so much knowledge about everything in store. Weren't overbearing at all either. Arlo showed me the Refresh" diffuser blend and it's my new favourite. Will gladly be going back"

This is the second time I visited this place and I can mostly live here cause I die for the smells. The staff is very much informed and they tell you as it is with is what you need (no sugar coating). I bought the Yam Extract scrubbing exfoliater and it's one of my favorites.

Amazing staff. Friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately I had an allergy to something in the vaporizer, so I had to bring it back used. They immediately gave me a full refund. I highly recommend this place to people with anxiety, breathing problems, humidity issues. It's a great product. And they have a wonderful selection.

First time in the store and wow. First off customer service/experience was exceptional. Breigh took very good care of me. I told her my needs and not only did she direct me to the right products she was cheerful and applied a tester product for my neck pain. I can't recommend this store enough.

my friend and i went into saje two nights ago and i think we would both agree it was an amazing experience. it was genuinely the best time i’ve ever had in a store. the manager and her coworker were so wonderful to interact with, and i can’t wait to see where she takes the community aspect of her position. i loved the demonstration of the summer diffuser blends, and ended up going with may chang sun. will definitely be going back (:

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I found some great new aromatherapy oils for my diffuser. There were lots to choose from, but the staff helped sort out which were best for me. There are lots of other products there that I plan to check out next time.
