I was treated very well here. Scott made sure I had an appropriate vehicle while my truck was being repaired. They even were able to get my recalls done, as well my windshield replacement.

If you are a car guy this is definitely where you would wanna send your baby for the treatment.If it allows me to give 10 stars on google review to this place I will ... Scott and John are probably the best people I have dealt with so far. Epic adventures, TAG auto body, Oh mann Trotman group seems to have the best servicing people got their back lol~Colormatchings, speedy bookings, friendly service, knowledgeable staffs you name it.My family has sent multiple vehicles to this place by now and these people have always done nothing but a fantastic job. And if you have any concerns, both of John and Scott would closely work with you until you're 100% satisfied.Kudos to them for exceeding the industry standard and always going above & beyond!

I give these people the highest review possible! My wife accidently backed into some landscape ties in our Nissan Pathfinder and the back left side dislodged and things came apart at the back as well. Our Langley Nissan dealership said they only use TAG AUTO BODY and sent us there to get it appraised. Scott the office manager and his team put it back together in 1/2 hr. while we sat in a beautiful lounge. They didn't express any complaint. quietly & professionally took over and it was done! It was fixed in no time and NO CHARGE!!! I didn't assume they would do that and was willing to pay but they said just give a a good review...so here it is. In my opinion they get a 20 out of 10 -and that's all I've got to say... God bless you guys! Wes A.

Tag auto body managed to get a 100% perfect colour match on my sublime green challenger front bumper without the need to colour blend into the hood or front fender panels. Great job!

Absolutely pathetic. Brought my car here a few months back to get setup to get some damage fixed and was told I was in the queue and to call in May if I heard nothing. I heard nothing, so called today and was told they have no record of my file and to bring it in again. Really? And to make it even better, they cannot provide a loaner now for a long time. I would take a pass on this place.

I took my 2012 Armada to TAG in Langley based on a refferal from Nissan after I got into a car accident. I didn’t know what to expect, but I can say I was more that grateful and pleased to have gone there. I dealt with Scott and he was so wonderful. He was honest - even if it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear. I appreciate how kind they were, they were super professional and caring. The work on my vehicle was awesome and they took the time to do it right and make sure I was happy with the results.I don’t think I will ever go to another body shop ever, no matter what type of vehicle I own. I would recommend them always.Thanks TAG and especially Scott for all that you guys did.

Had minor paint damage on my F150 from hitting a stationary object at low speed. TAG Auto Body was recommended by a coworker. I phoned in the morning and they were able to accommodate an inspection that day. I showed up and they looked at it right away. I expect to receive a quote for the work but only 10 minutes later, they removed whatever transfer the object left on my bumper, and even colour matched the small remaining scratch. Best Part- they did not even charge me ! Highly Recommended. Speak to Scott.

Car in their shop awaiting p/u, still not Released until pay them $300.00 for deductible..I'm not paying because I'm out of pocket 354.68 for a Rental Vehicle during my claim. .so too expensive and they want more money upfront even though they are getting their invoice paid in full.

Scott and the team were great put me in a loaner vehicle and communicated about the time it would take to repair consistently. Recommend these guys to anyone they also took me in when every other body shop was full.
