Got a roasted pearl milk tea and this is what it looked like. WAY TOO CREAMY TO DRINK. I threw it away after taking the photo against my car. Do not go to this location if you like tea (every Coco is different).

5 stars every single day.Coco is awesome and the number one bubble tea chain in Greater Vancouver! This joint is one of their incredibly awesome stores and what sets CoCo above all competitors..This time I tried something new and got The Two Sisters which was INCREDIBLE and super yummy! A new second favorite go-to bubble tea drink option for sure.The joint itself is very modern, new and stylish with excellent upkeep and in a sweet location just next to Brentwood skytrain station whilst offering plenty of parking facilities with no meters.The staff are super friendly, approachable and phenomenal at making delicious bubble teas!!Love me a CoCo! So stoked about this location which is one of the few, but for sure the best in the local area and other joints don't even come close.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice
Love their pudding topping! I keep coming back for it, as I am not too fond of regular tapioca pearls. Their Jasmine milk tea is very delicious and not too sweet. My biggest complaint with chain bubble tea shops is the sweetness being too high, or low quality tea. I find Coco is pretty good with not being too sweet. I can't comment too much on tea quality as I've only had their matcha and jasmine milk tea, but both were very good!

This is my go-to bubble tea shop! Their drinks are consistently good! My favorites are taro sago, lemon king, and matcha with red bean. Since it’s a busy place, parking can be a bit tricky.

Usually this place is fine if you walk in but I tend to always have issues when ordering on Uber. I just ordered from Uber and clicked on the BOGO offer but they never gave me my second bubble tea even though it was in the BOGO section and when I complained aBt the offer Not applying I never got compensated for my bubble tea. Honestly a scam imo won’t be coming back for a long time

According the weird store policy, you just can’t get a well-slushed slush, the slush was not crushed and the ice pieces are big as peanuts, and this is made by their mysterious recipe. It just froze up after 3 mins and you won’t be able to suck anything up using straw, and this just can’t be improved at all cuz don’t expect any good service from this store.

Pros: Drinks are always consistent, they have the formula down no matter where you go.Pearls are soft even in slushes.Often limited special drinks to try out.Cons: can get busy during peak times.It’s a hit & miss on the limited run drinks.On this visit: Purple Dream with crystal pearls 8/10Mango Smoothie with pearls 9/10

Consistently good, Coco is our fave place to go for bubble tea! There is a variety of drinks to suit everyone’s needs and they always have monthly specials which we love. The parking here can be a bit hectic but you can find a spot most of the time if you don’t mind waiting a couple of minutes. All in all, we highly recommend.

A welcome addition the growing collection of bubble tea places in the Brentwood area. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but quick and friendly service and a varied menu with frequent specials. Keep an eye on their Instagram.
