We came to Scott as a family of two, soon to be a family of three for a family sized truck. Scott worked well with us to get us the truck our growing family needed. Unfortunately, less than 6 months after purchase of the truck, an oil line started leaking. True to his word, Scott covered the cost to have it repaired and even covered the cost of the other oil line, anticipating it also starting to leak too. We were so impressed with Scott’s loyalty to his customers and professionalism. We will certainly be looking to Scott whenever we are in need of a new vehicle in the future. Thank you Scott and MotorTrendz!

High quality customer service!I bought my first vehicle from Scott this winter and he was more than helpful during the buying process, answering all questions that I had and going above and beyond with maintenance concerns. On January 17 I went to Motortrendz needing another car asap, on January 18 I drove off the lot with my new 2020 Chevy Spark, this is my third car from here since 2005, Greg was amazing getting everything ready and getting me into a better vehicle I so needed, this is the BEST dealership in Kemptville to get a vehicle, Greg is Amazing!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could for A+ service, reasonable prices and for their honesty, highly recommend Motortrendz

Initial experience was ok. Upon doing a little more research, and running into numerous issues with my car, my experience declined quickly. After voicing my concerns and expressing how unhappy I was, nothing was done apart from a string of emails which abruptly ended with no resolution. Its hard to say that I wasn't taken advantage of, as a single mother of three, searching for a car on my own, with little to no knowledge on cars and going prices. Please beware and don't shop here unless you are very knowledgeable on cars and willing to negotiate.
