Flynn Flats
Great location close to the waterfront. Rooftop patio is super comfy and wellUsed by residents. Gym is tiny, 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical, TRX, bench and free weights but gets the job done! Quiet and professional building. Units have really great overhead lighting and were nicely made, good quality marble countertops in kitchen and bath. Friendly community, safe. Nice tall ceilings and lots of closet space. Construction across the way has been awful but they are almost done now. Great spot especially for professionals who want south end without too many students. Not pet friendly. Does have electric car charging though!
