Most of the business agents here don't even know how to read and interpret their own collective agreement they sat down with the company and wrote up! Get told one thing from out management and then have the union office deny anything that they said to them saying manager is lying to us only to find out its the union whos lying and stealing our money

A member of the local 979 for over 8 years. Never once have I ever benefited from the efforts of this useless union. Paul is my local member and from my personal experience, would not reply to inquiries. This union will take your money and offer absolutely nothing but headaches. They are in bed with the company it represents, in my instance Purolator 506 Winnipeg Depot located at 1935 Sargent Ave Wpg, MB. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with Purolator due to its relations with such a horrid union office.
