Jaclynn is a skilled RMT, specializing in gentle treatment styles that promote release and relaxation without overstimulation or painful pressure. She is very knowledgeable (both in general and specifically) and effective at her focus areas, but there are many types of massage. If you find painful massages with elbow and thumb rammed deep into your flesh are all that work for you, Jaclynn might not be the right match. On the other hand, if you find yourself having painful backlash from rougher massages and out of control anxiety, then Jaclynn has skills that are worth exploring; although I think virtually anyone can benefit from her massages, mindset and expectations are always a factor.
