First time visiting the place as just moved in from Montreal, Quebec so I had to ask how the thing works here. The lady was very kind and explained it to me one by one. That was the bottle depot section and my experience with the electronic depot (still the same place) wasn't that pleasant unfortunately. I asked where I was supposed to dump my toaster but the guy there practically yelled at me Look the sign. Look the sign" ☹️ I understand he's got limited English skills but still it was totally uncalled for. It wasn't like I was talking to him in French or something. Jeez..."

Love that it is so easy to recycle everything here! We returned our dishwasher, compressor, Styrofoam, cardboard and bags of bottles...whole thing took only 10 minutes! My favourite is the drop and go service for bottle recycling. Sorting the bottles used to be my least favourite part. I now have an account with $50 and climbing in it. Just FYI you are supposed to scan your bottle tickets now when you drop off. I guess that prevents someone else from taking your bag.

The best is the drop off and get going within 2 weeks you get ur money back, no hassle of sorting, waiting in line or any hassle, not sure why people do not opt for this option.

This place is what it is, recycling depot. It has a funny smell. But serves the community well. I can drop off everything from lightbulbs, to soft plastic, to cans and bottles.I always find this place a touch disorganized.Parking lot is awful. So try to choose times other that the weekends to do my recycling.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just gotten worse and worse. Parking is a chaotic mess. Place is dirty and stinky. Management is rude and condescending and the turnover in staff is ridiculous, new staff ALL the time. I used to love bringing my kids here for our school fundraisers etc. but not anymore. So sad. I would recommend going into Coquitlam if you can

Love the new drop off service returns in a bag put the sticker on and your done no counting no sorting it is all done for you. Then within a couple days it's in your account. Awesome no line ups no waiting just scan your bags and your done, Very busy location, Great recycle almost everything here. Staff mostly are friendly and helpful. Great fund raising opportunities here as well register your team and do as little as have parents drop bags for the team or have a full blown bottle drive they supply bags and even do pick up. Awesome

Owner was very unprofessional in pay and was late to pay many of times. Did not call in and cut off my hours. Do not suggest working here.

Fast and easy return it. Accurate in count and line up is not bad during the weekdays. Has soap water and dryer to clean your hands. Unfortunately it’s not warm water so be ready to get cold.

I will not use this business again. They have the Express bottle return but they will only pay $0.05 per container instead of the government rate of $0.10 per container. They have posted a notice on the label machine to inform customers of this price change due to “increased operating costs”. I phoned another recycling depot in a neighbouring city and they still pay the full $0.10 per container for the Express return.
