Ok… so jem is seriously a one stop shop, and definitely one of a kind. She is an absolute sweet heart and is so professional. I went in for a bikini wax and had just gotten my nails done the day before and it was definitely not what I wanted (plus I was going on a trip and was getting engaged) so I was literally just telling her how upset I was and without hesitation she told me she would fix them for me and she did exactly what I wanted in the first place and I got a perfect wax as well. She made the whole experience so comfortable and I would definitely recommend her and will be going back to her for all my beauty needs!!
