Went there for my Day 3 appointment for blood, Urine and ultrasound test. All the tests were conducted on time. No wait. Reception, lab and ultrasound technician (Milda) were great. Facility is very clean, washroom are super clean. All it took was approx. 40 mins to get all the tests done. I will update my review post other visits.

Had worst experience during ultrasound in Mississauga location. The lady kept pushing me at wrong spot without looking and i told her that she is hurting me and its bit low, then she replied, “ i know what i am doing, i think you don’t know where the h*** is and i think that is the issue why you’re not getting pregnant”. She don’t deserve to be working in the health care.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Experience (I could have given negative ratings)I had an appointment with Doctor at Brampton location on 26th May 2023 at 12:30pm, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did the doctor not show up until 2:45pm, but the front desk staff's lack of coordination and misleading information only added to the already frustrating situation.Firstly, the fact that I had made an appointment for a specific time was completely disregarded. I arrived promptly at 12:15pm, expecting to be seen at 12:30pm as scheduled. However, I was forced to wait for over two hours without any explanation or updates from the staff. This level of disregard for my time and the value of punctuality is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, the front desk staff informed me that the clinic operates on a first come first serve" basis

The nurses and ultra sound techs are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a such a positive attitude, which put me at ease during difficult times. Dr.Bedhi is very calm and understanding as well. The only negative experience are some of the receptionists attitudes, but once you get past them the experience is a good one.

Best fertility centre. Dr. Bedi did my treatment and I conceived in the first month of treatment .Nurses are very polite and helpful.

The staff is too rude. They will make u feel like u have done something wrong. I had an appointment for ultrasound. I went on time drinking lot of water. They did blood work and spent 15-20 mins in making payments from one machine to other only as their Machine was not working. Then they said your bladder is not full and you will have to come next month as we are closing today. I went next month, the first Lady over the reception Counter was extremely rude. She said go for blood work. I asked it was done last month. In very rude manner she said it has to be done again. I said I made payment of $150 and its done already. She said no you have to get it done. I left from there for ultrasound and she was saying to other receptionist that I am confusing her. I said I am not confusing you meanwhile the lady sitting at last in reception said I used bad words. I am not sure if that was a bad word and then they started whispering to each other. This is how they treat you there. And this time they finishes blood work in secs taking one bottle as they were not getting paid for this but last time they took 8 bottles for the same blood work and for same purpose which is strange.I really want someone should teach them how to deal with patients. Will be thankful. Else people will not recommend anyone to go there. Staff who did ultrasound was very nice but reception ppl ruined the day.

Very bad hospitality at reception. Very rude sometimes and they don’t have patience to talk to patients and no concern on patients. Very unfair with reception people. I’ve called many times and everytime it will go to voicemail and I’ll wait for the callback everytime but when I’m late for 15mins because of early morning public transit reception people are very bad at talking to patients that you have to pick the call when I called you else we will cancel the appointment. Very unsatisfied with reception. For every store or clinic and everything reception is barrier they only not behaving properly here. Very bad at this

If i had option of giving minus stars i would even think about giving it. Dr.Vishal Bedi is the worst doctor i ever met in my life. I would not even consider him a doctor. He misdiagnosed me. Totally money minded. First he said it would cost me $300 for 1 IUI and later after 2 days he said i have to pay for the package of 4 IUI cycles which would be $2000. When my husband asked him why it would be $2000 instead of $300 for 1 cycle he said forget about what i said. He never followed up after my IUI's. I always had to call him and in order to talk to him i had to answer 3 different people. I stopped my treatment in November 2021 and he never followed up after that or not even any staff member. Staff is okay no complaints about them but yes wait times are longer. Nobody followed up after November 2021 but recently I received an email saying I am approved for IVF. I have a 3 months old now. If i really had problem i would have not conceived naturally. I didn't believe on reviews but i would highly recommend any person thinking to get treatment from dr.bedi to consider this review.

They put my wife through a lot of tests with very little explanation of what they are for or explaining the results. Seem greedy and want to do extra tests you pay for out of pocket not covered by OHIP. Very bland service caused by seeing so many people in a day. Don't really feel like they care, just going through the process to make money. The Eastern European ultrasound nurse is a jerk. This is a business first, patient care distant second operation. Never had a long wait which is a plus.

Very bad experience. My wife had an appointment at 12:15pm. She reached there(at brampton facility) around 12:00 pm. She went to reception and mentioned about the appointment. Receptionist said wait and you will be called. After 1 hr passed no one called my wife. I went to receptionist and said appointment was at 12 :15 and it is already past 45 mins. The response from the receptionist was quite shocking. She said “ is this your first appointment? General wait time is 2-3 hrs and this is normal” . I said i booked an appointment for 12:15 then why should i wait for 2-3 hrs? It is quite shocking that everyone who was waiting there was sitting there for 2-3 hrs and said nothing. It seems like Dr. Vishal bedi and Clinic is overbooking their appointments everyday and let people suffer. This is a really big issue here. I am trying to let the management know everything is not about money. Horrible horrible horrible service
