I just went to this boutique to copy my key after going to a shoe repair that couldnt copy it (they worked on it twice). It was 50% cheaper than the shoe shop and the key worked at the first attempt. I really recommend this boutique! The staff is super friendly and they can copy your key in 10 minutes.

I was very impressed with their service. I called on a Sunday and was given practical advice over the phone. I ended up emailing photos and the issue on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon it was fixed with the services of a locksmith. I found them to be very honest and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone!

Exceptional experience! I called this company to just get quotes on changing my locks. I got into a conversation with Dave and I was amazed at all the options that were available to address my particular needs. Because of this, I decided to use their services even though I'd already gotten a cheaper (not by much) quote from another company. My experience was great at this point. It became exceptional when Dave turned up to do the work. He knows everything! Avuncular by nature, he is just wonderful to deal with and just brimming with information and resolutions! I will look no further in the future for any of my lock needs! Thanks so much Dave!!

Had home locks changed and serviced-great value. Had a problem 5 months later with one and they came at 9 the next morning. All fixed and no issues. Great after sale service!

Sure Locks responded to my inquiry promptly and came out and fixed my door lock. Dave educated me about how to properly care for the lock and replaced a broken part. Very professional and knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend Sure Locks for any lock related work. Reasonably priced.

Loved this place. I got my keys duplicate with a very reasonable price. Also, they are specialized in copying keys which almost no other stores were able to do it.

I needed a replacement key for my garage. I went to 3 other places that didn't carry this key. Sure locks had 300 different keys on the wall & they found the one I desperately needed. I didn't have to replace the lock!!!!!
