Learn French in Vancouver

I had a great experience taking private lessons through Learn French in Vancouver. My teacher was Anne, and she was welcoming, a clear communicator, and very willing to adjust the content of the lessons based on my particular learning needs and style. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to brush up their French language skills.

Eloise is a great teacher who is easy going and is able to get the teaching material taught. The class size is small so there is personalized teaching. Furthermore, my french improved rapidly with with French 1-2 and 3.

Great instructors! I'm enjoying the classes a lot:) I have had both Eloise and Sophie as my instructors and both of them are absolutely wonderful and very patient with the student. Their explanations are easy to understand. Recommend this French school:)

I cannot recommend this school enough. From the first phone conversation I had, everyone I spoke to was incredibly pleasant and friendly. They made me feel welcome and supported right away and it carried through the lessons as well.The classes are great as well. Lots of informative and relevant content with a lot of quality speaking practice as well. My instructor (Eloïse) was so kind and clearly very knowledgeable.Even after the classes end, Learn French continued to support my journey and encouraged my growth in learning the language. I've done levels 1-3 with Sophie and she is an awesome instructor! She guides us through class like it were some mental yoga, so that we learn and advance a lot, even in spite of a long work day. As a native speaker, she effortlessly imparts knowledge about the subtle (and not-so-subtle) nuances of words and usages/conjugations. I'd been trying to learn German on my own for years, and already my French is stronger than my German! If you want to learn French for second-language fluency (e.g. for travel or for citizenship), you won't go wrong taking classes with Sophie, at Learn French In Vancouver. ~Merci beaucoup!~

I am having a beginner class with Solene and she is very nice and she explains very good. She also provides materials that will really help you to success on learning French.

I started my French-Learning journey with Learn French in Vancouver and I have no doubt but to recommend this centre. Class with Coralie is always cheerful. Coralie always welcomes students, tries to engage all the classmates during class. Even a student like me with zero level French can enjoy a lot for the last 8 weeks of beginner course. Looking forward to attend more of her class! :D

I have tried many times to learn French through the apps and group lessons. I am five lessons in with Flo and I have learned so much in a short space of time! I am doing one-on-one classes and Flo has been excellent in listening to how I learn and tailoring the lessons to me. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn French from scratch!

My wife and I were in Vancouver for one week and decided to spend some time taking conversational French lessons. Our instructor was Sophie. She was fantastic! We took advantage of the nice weather by not spending much time in the classroom and instead, explored the city. Sophie doubled as a French teacher and tour guide. We explored Stanley Park on bicycle, walked Kitsilano Beach and visited multiple French shops and cafés, ordering our lattés and croissants en français. It almost felt like a French immersion experience in Vancouver. Sophie is a delight to spend time with. She is patient, kind and very good at keeping the conversation going. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
