Great builder! Very Honest and kind. They also have great attention to detail. They built a house for me 7 years ago and it was built solid. The best all around builder in the Fraser Valley. I highly recommend Monarch development!

Monarch did a home renovation and built a home for me in the past. Dan and Stephan are great to deal with. They are honest, and get the job done as promised. Their budgeting and timelines were accurate. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a custom or spec home built for them.

Firstly, I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled because of our very positive experience. Our house was built on time, with specifications exactly as promised, and literally without any problems. I have waited two years since occupancy, in July 2016 to determine if any defects became apparent, but there were none. Our builder was Stephan Kingma, wit assistance from his brothers Luke and Dan. Very nice people, and more importantly people of honesty and integrity, unfortunately a somewhat rare quality these days. I would highly recommend this company.

Very satisfied with our new home and builderI am a proud owner of a Home built by Monarch Developments.
