I messaged six cellphone repair services I found that said they could repair my iphone, all of which quoted wildly different price points for the same available screen qualities and warranties. I was being given the run around with mobile tech while on the phone with apple support, and then I found Kuljit at cellicon. Kuljit is the most amazing and hardworking person I could have come across today. Her positive messages were a godsend and I was so excited, I went back to the repair shop I left my bricked phone at (they couldn’t quote me a price and told me to “call back in a week or so” for updates) and raced to find her at st vital. Kuljit somehow single-handedly repaired my phone the SAME DAY I brought it in to cellicon, and went above and beyond while messaging me with updates and complete transparency in both the repairs and the billing. Also amazing to note that cellicon was nearly $100 cheaper than the price I was ”quoted” BEFORE TAX to repair my entire phone, compared not only to Apple tech, but also the other 5 shops and private sellers I contacted. I can’t thank you enough, Kuljit!
