Came here to get a shake and decided to grab one for my daughter as well without protein. The one they made for my daughter tasted like literally water with seeds in it. I told the two girls at the front and they told me that's what it tastes like when you don't have protein powder in it and had ice in it however it wasn't even really cold so I don't know how there was ice. I make shakes and smoothies all the time at home and when you add almond milk and fruit it never tasted like water before lol I ended up giving it back to them to throw out because my daughter didn't like it and I tasted it and it didn't taste like anything but water. Poor customer service. No offer to remake or refund pretty sad as my daughter is 3

I’m no usually fuzzy with my food. But like everyone said quality varies. Once I found a fruit fly on my salad. I wasn’t too fuzzed about it because it’s salad this things happens but finding a house fly and dirt or mold in my salad half way through my bowl was not my cup of tea. I used to like the idea of them being close by work but I won’t be returning for another bowl.

Very clean, staff was welcoming. Lots of parking options both on the street and in the back lot.Great food options for both take out and meal planning. Highly recommend the protein balls!

Meal prep service has been great so far, the meals taste great and the process is painless. Their team have been very quick to respond to all inquiries as well. I'd recommend them to anyone that's interested in meal prep or those just looking for a healthy alternative for a quick bite. Staff have also been great!

Training Day’s meal prep kits are the highlight of my lunches during the week. The packaging, portion size, and flavours truly make healthy eating enjoyable and a passion. The smoothies they serve in store are also a perfect post-gym treat, highly recommend this place!

I made a recent order through Skip, and received small bowls rather than the large ones I ordered. On top of that the bison was as dry as the Sahara dessert. Very disappointed.

Regular customer but I have noticed portions are getting smaller day by day. You can up the prices due to inflation, which is understandable, but should not alter the amount. Box is not even half full.
