Tarek is awesome! I am a super active person in my early 40s and get injured from time to time. He provides me with IMS care and gets me back into the gym as fast as possible! I have a great deal of trust in his abilities and experience with rehabilitation. Highly recommend him and his team.

Lime Health's physiotherapy team has been leading my rehabilitation plan for a broken wrist, ganglion cyst, and CRPS. Lime has worked with both of the surgeons I've seen, have advocated for me and taken my recovery and made it feel like a first priority! Tarek, Sara, Zach, and Prabhleen specifically have been excellent to deal with, but the reception staff are also wonderful. I recommend Lime Health to all friends and family. Their professionalism, knowledge, and service is unmatched.

I can't stop smiling as a result of the help I have received from Tarek at Lime! I have been committed to the exercises that are on a beautiful online platform along with some hands on treatments. I have been seen by other clinics who were unable to help me with my lower back pain. I am currently on a great path forward and no longer dealing with the pain. Thank you Tarek & Lime!!

Best physio and massage place to go to in Lethbridge and it’s located conveniently on the west side!! I’ve been a long time client who has had nothing but great experiences here. Great bunch of staff working there, the environment is very inviting. I dont think I would get another microneedling session there because I didn't come out as red as Bliss bar. Don't know how effective their microneedling is, guess I gotta wait and see. Though definitely considering other skin options in hopes their more beneficial
