First time going here and I had the worst experience with Paul- he butchered my hair!!!! I asked for my 2inch chop but he ended up chopping more than 5 inches. I even showed a picture of how I want the haircut and it ended up looking nothing like it. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! THE WORST!

Worst haircut ever, male barber cut off my perm even though I got it only a month ago. All the curls are gone, what a waste of $100 and the $40 mens hair cut. Never coming again. I do not recommend, they do not listen to your requests.

Thank you so much Paul for my new haircut! My hair was styled exactly the way I requested. He was friendly and gave me great tips on how to style/maintain my hair. His dog was also great company during the haircut :)

First time here. Asked for the same haircut as I had with a low fade. Gave me a high fade instead of clarifying. Left a bump at the back of my head (see picture). Argued with me on fixing the bump even though I told him there's not enough hair to fix it. I asked for a discount because of this and he offered to charge me $30 instead of $35. Finally the girl stylist said they would charge me nothing but I would've paid to not get a haircut by the guy. Seems like my experience with the guy is consistent with other bad reviews. I'm sure the girl is much more skilled. Jenny please fire Paul because he's tarnishing the salons reputation.Update: my friends had a bad experience from Paul too (see screenshot).

DO NOT CUT WITH PAUL. Seem to be a common trend with the male barber. He is nice and friendly overall, but as a barber he’s a prime example for doing way too much without doing anything. Too many flashy moves, while not cutting anything or badly cutting. He absolutely murdered my hair, I never felt the need to cry and wear a hat after the haircut.

Jenny has been taking care of my hair the past 3 years. She would recommend the best cut/treatment for my hair, depending on my hair’s condition. She’s very honest and extremely professional.

I can give the guy who takes walk ins a good 10/10 for the way he is nice, friendly, respectful, and accommodating. However, his skills might not be suited for current trends or certain styles. I've no idea how he even cut my hair or what he did but the result was poor and not what I really asked for. Also, I asked if they do down perms and he said yes. Sad part is that the perm and the way it was applied, basically did nothing and I have no idea why I paid for it. Will not go back unless i book with the lady who I believe is named Jenn.

Paul is terrible, questionable technique and uneven cut throughout. I have to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Should've waited for Jenny, who is undoubtedly 5* and why this salon gets good reviews. Avoid Paul at all cost!!
