I am writing this review because I was very pleased with the work that was done.The Technician was professional, really knows his job.Great personality and was very pleasant throughout the time until the job was complete. We heard something skittering around in our attic and a neighbour suggested TruTech, and we are glad they did. Matthew was clear about their process and what costs would be depending on the pest (including the guarantee/warranty) during our call. Adrian arrived early for our appointment, introduced himself, explained what he would be doing and went about his work. He explained what he found and his recommendations for dealing with the pests. Would recommend TruTech based on their professionalism and service.

Patrick was great with 90 yr old grandmother who's house just recently became infested with fleas, which have been extremely stressful and upsetting for her. Thanks for coming and sparying a 2nd time free of charge. Everyone involved was very helpful.

Impeccable service. My husband spoke with Matthew over the phone regarding our bird infestation through our pot light into our soffit. Next day we had technician Luigi come and even though it was a tough job (very high up with a 80ft tree in the way) without any complaints and hesitation Luigi thoroughly removed the nest (there was a lot), sanitized area, and sealed pot light area with a metal mesh from preventing any future bird infestation. Thank you Luigi for being professional, efficient and thorough. We are very happy with our service.

We were very happy with Adrian. He was fantastic and also showed us pictures of baby skunks he removed at another site. Our problem was squirrels somehow getting into our window frame and he solved it by plugging holes. We will use your service again when we need it.

The TruTech technician was such a friendly, courteous, respectful young man. He patiently explained what he was doing during every step of the process, taking pictures and video to show where the racoon entered the house and nested in the garage walls. The service was professionally completed over two days. Would highly recommend this service.
