After installing my nest and had issue because it was not working, I called Connected Home and they figured out the problem pretty fast and was at my house to help install the Nest . Customer service excellent ,product knowledge commendable .

Got referred to Anson through my colleague who had him installed a Ring Pro video doorbell last year and he was very happy with the service. Anson helped me installed a Nest Hello video doorbell on the brick wall since my door frame is too narrow to fit. Very professional and friendly, exceptional product knowledge and great advice. Flawless installation and I am extremely happy with the service!

We were in search of installing a Video Doorbell and specifically the Ring Pro model. We wanted a professsional installation as there were existing issues with our doorbell that needed to be corrected first. I reached out to Anson from Connecected Home Contractors and he replied immediately. Anson was very professional and was able to take on the job the very next day for us (on a Sunday). Anson was in constant communication with us and was upfront about the charges so there were no surprises when the invoice was issued.Anson came on time, repaired our doorbell circuit and proceeded with the video doorbell installation. The installation was tricky due lack of available wire length for the doorbell, however, Anson was able to make it all work in the end!I would highly recommend Anson and Connected Home Contractors if you are looking for reliable and professional service for your home!

Anson came over and installed my outdoor nest cam. He installed it and made sure everything worked properly. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to install any products.

Anson was quick to help & very transparent every step of the way. He installed my smart thermostat with no issue despite the poor furnace wiring the previous home owner left. Definitely would recommend!

I was referred to Anson by my neighbour who had used his services in the past. Anson, however, did not make a great first impression as he was 35 mins late to our scheduled appointment. I was told I would be notified prior to the appointment as to when the technician would be on his way. I received no such notification and had to call to find out that he would be running late. I was very disappointed considering the strong reviews I read prior regarding the company's customer service. In terms of the work done, I needed a common wire installed for my thermostat. Anson was able to complete this in a timely manner and my Nest A/C is now running without any issues. This review would have been 5 stars, however one star was deducted due to the tardiness mentioned above.

He's a very knowledgable professional and is great at his job. Highly recommend him for any smart home installations!
