It's the best hangout spot in Sherbrooke with a quaint wooden interior that feels very cozy. Great WiFi too. Their mocha and cake was good but the Hazelnut Baklava was bland and kind of dry and crusty, so avoid it. It tastes nothing like real baklava either so I'm not sure why they call it that at all. It's location right in the heart of the city, and the great ambience means you can practically run into all your young friends in town if you spend enough time there.

A very nice café in the heart of Sherbrooke. The coffee selection for coffee lovers is one of the most diversified I've seen even in comparison to much lager places. The staff is exceedingly friendly and courteous.The space in the Cafe is perfect for meetings, a quiet comfortable place to work, or just a place to relax. The only thing that is missing is a few more vegan/vegetarian choices on the menu.The quality of the food is good for a café. The pastries are delicious, properly dosed and well made.A definite must if you're in the area.

It's a nice place, super chill, lots of plants and really cozy for studying but bring a sweater the AC is on max most of the time or in winter it's cold near the windows! The espresso is delicious with a taste of chocolate and the teas are good!

This is my favorite café in town! Lovely atmosphere with loads of seating. The café mocha is most excellent. Great place to hang out, read, or study. Free Wi-Fi.

The cafe and roastery has a gorgeous aesthetic. I had their iced coffee which was OK - nothing to write home about. But the overall experience was nice.

Busy Saturday morning at brûlerie Faro. There is always a line to get your order, but the service is quite fast although a bit lacking because of the rush.I got a big latte with a lemon tart. The latte is good. The lemon tart is tame, the acidity is a bit lacking to my taste. The crust is a bit thick too. It's almost the same thickness as the lemon curd. Therefore a little bit dry.Overall, it's a good coffee shop to come and enjoy your time there!
