Holiday Inn Express Kamloops, an IHG Hotel
Great location as it’s walking distance to shopping and entertainment. Clean rooms, hot breakfast is included with the stay. The breakfast staff is amazingly helpful. Dallas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Holiday Inn Express Kamloops, an IHG Hotel
The room was dirty, the carpet stained, the elevator dirty, no hand soap, 1 paper coffee cup for 5 coffee, and 2 queen beds. No fan in the bathroom, use toilet or tap, and it roars like a noisy waterfall, waking anyone else in the room.If this is holiday Inn Standards, I will never use them again. Even the elevator was dirty.

Holiday Inn Express Kamloops, an IHG Hotel
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast included in price.When we arrived, the heater in the room wasn't working. The on duty manager came right away and moved us to a different room. Because of the weather and freezing pipes, to heater in the room we were issued initially froze up. So nothing to do with the hotel. I only mention this, because the staff were very quick to solve the issue.Lots of area to walk the dogs.
