Curtis is very knowledgeable about swimming products. He provided excellent service, taking his time to show us different styles so we could be sure of our purchase. He was pleasant and flexible with our meeting time. We are happy with our purchase and will definitely shop there again.

THIS IS THE BEST SWIM STORE. I had swam professionally for 15 years and during that 15 years I never came across a better store or more importantly a better person than Curtis. He is kind and knowledgeable and gives the perfect advice on what to get. Truly cares about his customers and his shop has everything you need for swimming. Place your orders with confidence or just go to his store. I don't ussually leave long reviews but I truly had a great experience. The store is awesome and Curtis is even better.

Came here to get fitted for a pair of goggles. My previous one which was recommended by a store employee elsewhere kept leaking so I decided to come here for advice. Curtis was super patient, offered me a bunch of different ones to try and took his time to explain the different styles. It's been over a week and my new goggles hasn't leaked! I can't believe I can finally swim without constant readjusting them. Can't express how happy that makes me. Highly recommend Curtis and the shop for all your swim needs!

Hidden gem! So glad to have discovered this fantastic local Ottawa home-based business for all things swim. Needed updated prescription goggles for my daughter and GoSwim came up in my search. Called Curtis, who had them in stock and I was able to set a time to swing by a bit later in the evening to pick them up. Curtis, thanks so much; enjoyed chatting with you and you were lovely to deal with.

Curtis was fantastic to deal with for the purchase of my daughter’s first race suit. We had communicated via email in advance about sizing and budget, and when we arrived, he had several options for suits. He gave us a short lesson on race suits and then provided a secure changing area for my daughter. The suit she tried on fit perfectly and it was a yes! Oh and did I mention this was at 9am on a Sunday morning ... let alone Mother’s Day? Incredible customer service! Thank you Curtis! We will be repeat customers and will recommend to others.

I decided to get into swimming and was looking to gear up and Google found me this place nearby, so I checked it out. I wasn't too sure it was legit when Curtis opened his garage door but was immediately reassured when he expertly helped me find exactly what I needed. He even had a heated change room I could try swimsuits in before buying and was grateful for his advice to find the right fit. I highly recommend you give him a call for all your swim gear needs.

Working with Curtis at GoSwim was very satisfying. I am not an online shopper but open water swimming gear is not easy to find. GoSwim had what we needed - just called to ask and they made items available that were not on their website. Awesome! Totally recommend them. Price is competitive so no problems there. They are located in the National Capital Region so ideal for me if I need to exchange something without paying shipping!
