Used for the first time and will be using them in the future. Very nice people and doll they do a great job.

I can’t speak for the cleaning side of things since I got alterations done. I would not recommend getting alterations through them, the seamstress they contract with charges an obscene amount and it was over what I was quoted. The lady at the front was very nice and agreed that the cost was high but she couldn’t do anything about the price. If I need something cleaned, I would give them a try but would never get alterations there again.

I am here at the Airdrie store- 10:08 am. Still not open. Very disappointed.

I had 2 jackets dry cleaned here. I am new to Alberta and didn’t know where to go but this business had the best review and now I know why. The lady at the front was very kind, she was able to take the jackets in and I got them back within 4 days. My husbands jacket looked brand new and the coffee stains in mine were gone! I would highly recommend this company

I needed some clothing drycleaned after a couple of years of non use. Very friendly and a knowledgeable staff. Took them in on a Wednesday, said it would be Saturday and I would get an email to keep me informed of the time they would be ready. Received notice on the Friday that they were ready, a day early!Pick up was very pleasant and efficient. Whether you are a returning or a new customer, the service and quality of the cleaning is exceptional, as are their list of services.

Jean & Sarah are the perfect ambassadors for Tower Cleaners. Both are extremely friendly and efficient. No matter the day or time of day, they are happy to see you! It's drycleaning. Not exciting but they make sure to provide a great customer experience.

Got my Wedding dress cleaned from Tower Cleaners a couple weeks ago. They got about 95% of the dirt and grass stains out which was pretty good, although some little spots were left here and there. They warned me that the beading on my dress may come loose so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the dress back and all the beading had remained on the dress. Unfortunately my dress is mostly lace, and there were many spots that the lace came undone after being dry cleaned which I was not aware could happen, and there are now loose threads poking out all over. I guess good thing the dress is never being worn again? Sigh.

This company is in Airdrie and Calgary. And it is the best ! Kind and professional . Great combination. The staff really listen to you. Imagine a company who listens to your concerns. Thank you Tower! Evie .
