Employees have no respect for street parking and take up local residential places

Residents are very disrespectful of the neighborhood. I assume they are not allowed to smoke on the apartment grounds, so they surround all of the public property around the building and chain smoke on it. They do not move out of the way on sidewalks, leave plastic chairs around and leave ashtrays on the ground. It is absolutely disgusting and the property does nothing about it. Makes the neighborhood look less appealing.

I am excited to be part of this new property for independent seniors. Fair Haven is dedicated to providing safe, secure housing to seniors, and this new property offers well-designed suites, a great community and close to Metrotown. Tenants who live there are very happy.
