Visited the store few times to compare samples, borrowed samples to take home; Don, Store Manager, is very knowledgeable and coached me to find the best product I needed for my basement project;I ordered DeerWood click Vinyl 6.5mm with underpad (see picks);* I do recommend it for its thickness, rigid core although flexible enough to fit minor floor surface flatness deviations; Super easy to install (1,000 Sq.ft in 1 day); Strong and reliable clicking (Must use rubber mallet. Do not use Plastic mallet!)The underpad, mounted on the vinyl, is very good and soft to fit the concrete surface well, for this reason I did not use an additional underpad; If you have a damp basement, non-flat concrete you may want to order additional underpad (Ask Don, they have the best product & deal !). Another reason why Don coached me to get thicker vinyl is helped a lot avoiding extra underpad and immediately noticed a warmer surface despite direct on top of concrete!** Great Product for its pricing!*** Received my order from the warehouse less then a week; Great help from Don using the forklift to help me load into my SUV;I want to give this Store a 5-Star for the whole Experience for Staff, & Product Quality & Pricing. I definitely recommend you visit their showroom before you order anything from Home Dept or Lowes, no comparison!

Trying to decide on brand, style and type of wood for our home is not an easy job for myself and husband. Tom was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In comparing prices to other suppliers, we found a better price for a much better quality of wood. I would highly recommend Amazon flooring thanks to Tom!

I Purchased vinyl flooring from them earlier this year. They recommended and sold me a certain underlayment for installation and after i installed it, it was clear it was the wrong underlayment. I installed everything as per the instructions and have been having issues ever since. Ive tried to contact upper management and they have not replied to any of my emails.It has been horrible dealing with them.
