I went there on the Thanksgiving holiday for two days and we rent out a large chalet. The room was nice, although the bed was a bit small for two people. About breakfast, the muffins are really fresh and delicious, especially when it is hot from the microwave,there are other breakfast options like pan fried potatoes, sausages and ham, but you have to go early. If you go late, there is only eggs and probably yugurt left.The view on the island is fantastic, especially in fall.

Such a beautiful location! The scenery was gorgeous, the rooms were well designed with cute furniture, and an adorable handwritten note from the owner, and the cafeteria was picturesque! It's an Instagram goldmine.Solomon was very sweet and professional, and called us first to make sure we knew about how to take the ferry and when it'd come. Without that help we would have been lost in the middle of the night in a foreign country. If I could give him 10 stars I would!The only drawback was the water. Since I only stayed one night, it wasn't an issue, but it could be for longer stays. If this was fixed I'd come back to Isle de Coudres JUST for this place.

Nice location. Bigger rooms. No coffee maker or microwave. But has a fridge. Provide free breakfast with a muffin, yogurt, a boiled egg and an orange in a box. And coffee or tea. Was told they will open the restaurant after the pandemic. A very friendly owner willing to help . But no exhaust in the bathroom and it has no lock. If you open the bathroom window, getting a bad smell. And the beds are old and not able to get a good sleep. No restaurants in walking distance.

Rooms were way overpriced, water not potable, their online bookings are much more attractive than the actual site. We were promised breakfast everyday, its 1 breakfast only for our whole stay, our room wasn't ready in time, another family waited 4 hours for their room to be ready. The service was poor, some of the staff didn't speak English or French and shooed us away when trying to ask a question, the only upside was that they didn't fight us when we asked dier a refund after three water in our cabin cut out!, great views around the island when you're not stuck between three motel strips. The pool was nice

It looks like this hotel is having a very hard time. The location is amazing but I recommend that they hire a hospitality consultant to help them understand the expectations of guests in a hotel.For example, a hard boiled egg and muffin is not considered breakfast in a standard hotel. Please do not advertise that breakfast is offered. This is not breakfast. Breakfast in a hotel is at the minimum, cereal, toasts, peanut butter, jam and some fruits along with coffee. Also, it is insulting to find an employee who takes room numbers to ensure that guests do not take an extra muffin or egg while at the same time, towels in the rooms are not changed at all during our stay nor are we asked at any point how things were going with our stay. We had to go to the front desk and ask for extra toilet paper and towels ourselves when we ran out. We should not have to do this as guests.Just a few more changes that would improve the ambiance at this hotel would make it a super charming and attractive location! I don't know if the owners are unaware of these small changes needed or if they just don't mind and are trying to cut costs to the maximum without care for their reputation in order to maximize short term profits but I feel that their poor reputation may sadly be their downfall if they don't make these changes rapidly!All in all, we didn't find it as bad as some of the other guests did and we had a good time. However, we wouldn't return unless there were major changes.

The worst experience we had. Nothing was not working in this motel and we had nothing in our room. It was a disrespect for us when our tour brought us to this low low low class motel.

Dirty filthy room, the smell of humidity was suffocating. The management was terrible. The breakfast was literally 1 boiled egg, 1 muffin and 1 small yogurt.Mot even bread was served even we asked about it.Will never go back, desperately need new management to renovate this place and at least buy new towels

I dont like everything it's here. Very small. No AC. Busted bulb on the front, looks and smells dirty. One single bed and one twin bed only. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, there's no way we can fit here. We had no choice because we were sent here by the tour.
