I stayed her with my son, husband and parents for the labour day long weekend and it was a great experience. The staff and manager are extremely friendly and helpful. There is complimentary breakfast which was so good, breakfast sandwiches were much better than Tim Hortons! They have a heated swimming pool and it’s not deep so you feel safe with kids in there. The rooms were so clean, modern and the perfect size. The lobby also has complimentary espresso! Great location next to a mall, shops and restaurants. You won’t regret staying here.

Checked in, then checked out 2 hours later on Sat afternoon. Prepaid for room, had booked here based on so many consistently positive reviews on Google, and expected far, far better than I found it. Room's décor is SO VERY tired, 1980s-vintage, wallpaper peeling all around window, matresses saggy in middle, bathroom sink drain clogged, and the air smelly & musty from the AC. Though room appeared to be clean enough, and staff at desk were very friendly (I'd give 5 stars to them, at least!) , I'd rather drive the 2 hours to my home than stay here only because I've paid for it. I didn't seek a refund, chalking this one up as a $250 lesson not to go by Google reviews, or by the pictures on the hotel's website. Folks, if you'll give this place more than 2 stars, your standards for a good, comfortable hotel are awfully low.

We were attending a wedding in Montreal and the bride and groom had reserved a block of rooms at this hotel. I booked two rooms online, one with a king bed for my husband and I, one for my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren that had 2 queen size beds. I requested a low floor and automatically assumed the two rooms would be together. When I received my reminder confirmation a few days before our arrival, I noticed I was booked on the second floor and my daughter on the first floor. Therefore, I contacted the hotel to see if I could be moved to a room beside my daughter’s family and the response was that she was in a deluxe room and I had to pay an extra $90 to change my room. I explained that my daughter’s room cost me only $10 more than the one I booked and I was ready to pay $10 more. The young women on the phone went to check with her manager on duty at the time who declined to move me near my daughter’s room for $10 more even though the room was available at the time. I explained we were with a group and she did not even attempt to make an exception. I worked in that industry for many years and know that when you are receiving business from a group and a person within that group who also often books with your chain makes a request, you accomodate. I had explained to her that when I booked, it wasn’t obvious that one was a deluxe room and that our two rooms would be separate. I also said that I would gladly have paid an extra $10. The same manager was there when we checked in, again she said that she would not make an exception. I was very disappointed.The beds were comfortable, the room was clean except for the large crack in the sink which appeared it had dirt trapped in it. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Room was large and clean. Hotel was booked to capacity but was very quiet. Breakfast was the usual assortment of foods. My husband left a dental appliance there, called that evening and staff made every effort to find a d return it

Terrible breakfast experience: food options were awful, and restaurant not open/available. Paid 350 dollars a night to stay here (3 adults). Despite comfortable beds this was definitely not a 3-star experience. Also, we had impression that public transit to downtown would be easy, but that is also not the case.

Well maintained property, service was good. Has a clogged bathtub, once reported the issue was addressed and resolved in no time. The lady at reception was very helpful, helped and guided us plan our day in Quebec City. Breakfast was good, a convenient store is at walkable distance which makes it great for a stay. Highly recommended if you are considering this property for a stay.

Hotel is in a great location, walkable, free parking and Wi-Fi (free and great speed). Upon checking in, they give you a voucher for a free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Coffee maker (Keurig type), microwave and mini fridge. Nice size flat screen TVRates were fair, considering the location. Our room had two beds and each one had a spring mattress. Both mattresses were a little uncomfortable, as if they were worn out.Other than that, we had a good stay.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We were very comfortable and accommodated. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the hallways were nice. The location was good, the road leading into the entrance was a little difficult to navigate at first, but we got used to it. There were several good restaurants nearby including one right beside the hotel with which you could bring your dog in called hotdog and company. Right behind the hotel is a mall. If you (reader) stay at this hotel I recommend checking out the sporting store in the back called Décathlon, it’s absolutely wonderful. The pool was decent, clean and warm. My only recommendation would be to hire more housekeeping staff to improve on the quality of room cleaning services. Thank you quality inn for having us for a wonderful stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Cozy atmosphere, loved the lobby with the fireplace. Friendly staff. Clean, fresh air in the room. Bed and bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amply stocked, great coffee.
