Been a customer for over 10 years, Dennis the rookie is extremely Incompetent. Failed complete a simple sale and has zero communication. Frame choices are old or fake and marked up 500% to dry up your insurance plan, typical con artists and insurance fraud.

Dennis is an excellent optician and an awesome owner to deal with. The customer service is excellent and the products they offer are high end and unique!

Don’t go there, the clerks just want to squeeze more money from you in the name of Fitting Charges and the lady with the last name Yam even blamed me for not getting her meaning, with broken English. Ridiculous!

Excellent customer service! Very friendly and accommodating. I received my brand new glasses in less than an hour, and got a fair price too -- I told them my budget and they gave me a pretty good deal. They also told me that if I ever need my glasses repaired or adjusted, I can come back anytime and it will be free of charge.

BEWARE! If lenses aren't right for you, most other shops would offer a fix/remake for free but Osaka Optical doesn't!! Money grabbers... they want you to pay half the price IN ADDITION to the full price that you already paid on the wrong ones?? How's that ethical?!

Great selection of brand name glasses at a extremely great price. May was very friendly and helpful.

We had really nice customer service. The selection was good and the prices were a bargain compared to southern Ontario at least.

Beware of this company. They sell highend eyewear but low end service. My family has bought many frames from this retailer but I had a terrible experience. I brought my frames in for new lenses and polishing but when I went to pick them up, it was like no polishing had been done. So they did it over again, picked them up again and my frames were deformed(unwearable). They wouldn't admit to the damage and referred me the fine print saying they take no responsibilities for their work performed! Being a loyal customer I gave them many oppurtunies to make things right, but they showed no interest in taking any responsiblity, no store credit, no apology, nothing but, we can't do anything for you". So instead of renewing my glasses

Prices run pretty high but the customer service cannot be beat. There were some QC issues with my prescription glasses and they remade the lenses, free-of-charge, no questions asked. I would recommend them.
