Pretty cool place. Lots to do with family and friends. Very kid and teen friendly. From old school side shows, to video games, to bowling. They have everything. Located on a hill, so be prepared for waking back up if you decide to take a stroll to see the falls. Lots of parking options. Some $5 per day others $15.

The thing they don't seem to realize about mirror mazes is that they need light in order to work. If your idea of a fun mirror maze is walking around in a crouch, in the dark, touching greasy mirrors, you'll like this mirror maze.

Don’t waste your money coming here. I got a deal on Wagjag and wanted to try this place out. We had to pay an extra $10/person for the “facility fee” however this facility is a joke. NONE of the arcade machines work, it just ate up the token. We kept asking the staff for help and even they commented that nothing works. When it did work, there’s no tickets!! So what’s the point?? You are better off going to Canadian Midway further down Clifton Hill. Avoid this place at all cost and save your money for something else like the Go-Karts or Skywheel.

I hate to give negative reviews, but the claw game to win a giant tennis ball is so blatantly and unapologetically rigged I simply cannot get over the injustice. The frail little claw arms just barely stroke the prize before retracting. It is a physical impossibility to grab a ball of that size. I asked the girl at the front how the arcade had the audacity to steal people's money like that, and kudos to her for remaining positive late into her shift, but she just said you should try flappy bird instead." girl?????? I can't go home and face my dog and tell her no new bally but I played flappy bird instead???? I'd give -25 stars for this abomination alone but I did enjoy the basketball game."

Disorganized places. Laser tag broken equipment. Lazer maze is a miniature room with a very short game for a price 15$ same with cannon ball game. They sale passes with extra %11 tax percent while on the website you can buy it with minimum tax charge. The mirror maze was fun dough.

Captain Jack's boasts 5-fun filled attractions including Lazer Tag, Lazer Maze, Mini Putt, Cannon Blasters & Time Freak. The time varies for all of these attractions: Lazer Tag is 15 minutes and a small arena but fun for any age. The Lazer Maze only lasts about 30 seconds, Cannon Blaster & Time Freak lasts about 3-5 minutes each but both are fun. The Mini-Putt will take a family of 4 about 30 minutes but will probably only entertain kids under 12. There is also an expensive(!) token midway but it has some great arcade games. For adults, there's a nice bar that's sometimes open on the second floor with a pool table on site as well. Bottom line: Unless you get a deal through your hotel you should probably avoid this tourist trap as it's easy to spend $100 for a family of 4 on a pretty mediocre experience. If it comes included with your hotel, then you should enjoy the mini-putt & lazer tag if your children are the right age (ages 3-11 is ideal). Captain Jacks is not an attraction for a group of adults.

I had a good time but we were lost at some point, not knowing where is the next activity. And if you take a combo pass(with various activities on it), they did not precise that we had to walk 15 minutes away to another building, to do mini golf, mirror maze and the haunted hallway.

Arcade beneath the Applebee's and IHOP is a dump. Half the games don't work, half are older than 10 years. Ticket machines don't issue tickets. What's the point? Put your money in and leave? Don't bring the kids here. Avoid at all costs.

Half the games didn't work, there are no tickets given but there are games that the sole purpose is to win tickets and there are none given or prizes to win. Staff are not helpful. Screens did not work. I bought the $42 wagjag and then had to pay an additional $78 entrance fee. And half the attractions are at a different location so you have to pay to park at 2 places. Absolute trash such a disappointment and a waste of money
