Great food, service was a bit slow but the place was packed. They were able to accommodate a group of 13 people! Very pleased.

A friend and I were in town for a conference. We decided on Boston Pizza as they carry a mixed menu - pizza, wings, pasta, and burgers. My friend had onion rings and a cauliflower crusted pizza. I had the Smokey Mountain meatballs and spaghetti, which was a huge amount. Our waitress and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Have had several bad experiences here over the last while. Slow service, poor food quality, rude servers. Decided to try again. Took forever to get service. Others who sat down after us got served and order. This was my $18 steak sandwich. Embarrassing. No cutlery was provided until we had to ask. Not sure what's happening here, but it needs to be fixed. Unacceptable.

Very friendly staff, even though they were very busy I got served pretty fast, my meal was perfectly cooked and tasty. Good place to eat.

There’s unfortunately no communication. Severed are super attentive and efficient but some where between them and the kitchen it all breaks down.Several instances of wrong orders or partial orders. It’s quickly fixed but it’s frustrating

Really Boston Pizza is this your standards? The wait staff put our order in and came back with these Cactus cuts and oh the kitchen had these done" put them on the table and left. Clearly you can seen plain as day that you would not serve this to anyone. But she did and didn't even ask how we are doing really take some pride in your job. I would have said these are horrible look how over way over done they are. Unacceptable they never should have been served to us there's no way that by the time she put the order in and went to the kitchen they were done that is 10 seconds. Just horrible the wait staff didn't even bother to come and refill the coffee or the iced tea that we have at 4.00 each you think you would get more than one cup at that price. I know Boston Pizza standards are a tad bit higher but this was a horrible experience I don't think I'll ever go back to Boston Pizza in Yorkton at least not when that wait staff is working she was horrible didn't even care."

It's been 60 minutes and still no food for two of the six at our table ...and one meal is a basic kids cheeseburger!!!! 4 of us got our meal 20 minutes ago!!!!! Server forgot to enter the order, and didn't even explain the situation. Never coming back.Update:. Was in restaurant from 5:35 til 7:45. One kids food came burnt and had to be replaced, same kid had a dessert issue...and now the kid is home puking. Buddy couldn't get his soup, his wife got the wrong chicken, my significant other ordered a cauliflower crust and got regular crust. Manager never once apologized, and the server didn't acknowledge us either. We asked for a bill...took 12 minutes to get it. People at the door were being told it was an hour wait to get in even though almost half of the tables were empty. There were three servers and one manager visible looking after 9 tables maximum. In the end, they gave us a free brownie! How pathetic.

The food was good and hot. Unusually hot, but that is good. Hot enough that it didn't get cold while eating it.Waitress was friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Host on the other hand.. Not so much. No hello, no smile, nothing. Just grabbed menus, and walked us to a table. Everybody has bad days though, and this may have been hers. My co worker and boss were bothered about it, but I'm not a big fan of fake smiles and phony happiness anyway.The food was tasty, and the portions were good.I really enjoyed the food!

This was a below average performance. Server does not come by to check to see how your food is, does not come back for drink refills, or to see if you would like desert. Once the food is delivered, she doesn't come back. We would have had more wine/beer. Also, this is the second time we came to this location during out trip and the second time they forget to bring all the food. So my daughter is sitting there with no food in front of her and that did not raise any flags for them. And the first visit they brought her the wrong dish entirely. Not an impressive BP location. I rarely give 2 stars... Chicken wings were not all coated with sauce...
