Initial request for information was received very quickly and was helpful. I requested pricing for shipping/handling and have never received a response, even after repeated email and phone message requests over a 2 week time period. Too bad, potentially a sale now gone. Update - two days after this post I received a phone call and parts are hopefully now being shipped.

Purchased outdoor coach lights but no mounting hardware was included in the packaging of one of the lights. Company does not return voicemails left requesting a call back. Retailer I purchased from no longer carries the product. I do not recommend their products due to lack of customer service.

im principally satisfied with the outdoor lighting product. however, it is impossible to get info about this company and replacement parts. took a solid research to figure out paradise lighting is/was the name of the company, which now seems to be Sterno Home. No labels on their products incl. bulbs. The worst part was to replace broken light bulbs. it seems they have their own weird custom made light bulbs. In no store could I find the right ones. They are available to purchase online on their site - which is hard to find. Finally, it is a major hassle getting the bulbs in and out. Overall, too much drama with this company.
