This is an awesome place for a cute date/hangout idea with friends! The service was great and the unlimited charm and bead policy makes the experience worth it~ They also sell additional phone accessories to add to your case :)

Such an amazing experience! She does not rush or judge you the whole time my family was very indecisive and slow and picky but she was sooo accommodating. Also there is a lot of charms to pick from and colors. I only wish there was a way to tip because it was so fun and i would have tipped for sure. Definitely an amazing experience and will be back when we visit vancouver again. Good prices. Our favorite part of our vacation for sure. We didnt have time to finish our second project so she let us take themhome too. So sweet! And she gave us a a bag for our food from the food court so kind.

My wife loves this store so much and owner is super friendly. They have wide selections of beautiful decorations and accessories at very fair price. Would recommend to everyone if you want to do some DIY design on your little stuff, this is the place to go.

literal angels work here. i struggled so hard while creating my phone case and the employees were nothing but kind and patient with my struggles and even helped me clean my hellish mess. great charm selection if u are looking to make something decoden. 5/5 stars they deserve more
