Fix your website and call answering system. Spent 20!!!! Minutes on hold trying to book an ambulatory blood pressure test to be told by the person who finally answered that they only book those appointments on weekdays. And the direct line number is long distance for where I live. And I wouldn't have bothered calling, but the website says to call, yet says nothing about a direct number, or that there are restrictions on when those tests can be booked

I have lie down for my blood work as they take so much. I end up being their 45 minutes and the lady who does me routinly is truly great caring forbmy well being as well as my anxoety talks me threw it. Id def not go ne where else as other places were not as friendly helpful or supportive for my anxiety.

Staff were kind and attentive. I took my 6 year old today for blood work. She was very nervous. The staff involved 2 technicians to ensure there was someone there to respond to her emotional needs and someone to do the blood draw. I’m so thankful for how caring they were. I hope they realize in all the rush how grateful we are.

Waiting at this location is rediculous, no matter what time I show up or use save my spot" I'm always at least waiting over an hour just to check in. Staff always have the excuse of being short staffed but this is over the top

Waited over an hour til closing time on a visit last spring. Last week told 40 minute wait time, put in queue, back 45 minutes later, sat waiting another 10 minutes, then into cubicle for another 35 minutes. An hour and a half to pick up kit to test myself at home.

This most incompetent bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Unskilled seemingly untrained and unable to provide any amount of understanding towards people especially children with special needs.

Female employee was extremely rude to the male at the desk and was talking in a very inappropriate manner to him. Should have spoken to him in private if there was an issue with his work. I stead she berated and belittled him in front of at least 9 people. I was so disgusted myself and another woman left and went to another location.
